At night, we have a lot of fun. Some of our most successful dishes have remained unchanged for years now. We are talking about “La Tagliata” “Il filetto”, and the crayfish with sesame seeds, sugar sauce and balsamic; or bell pepper sea-bass or dock chest with chestnuts…
